Sturgis AAU Parents:
Welcome....whether it is your first year or if you are a "seasoned" parent, we
are happy that you have joined us!! As with all clubs there are a few rules that
need to followed.
You will be issued a singlet. If any singlet is damaged or lost, you will
be responsible for the replacement costs ($55.00). You will need to
turn your singlet in at the year end banquet or within two weeks after
the season ends.
PRACTICES: Please keep talking to a whisper during practice!!!!!!!
Practices are held on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 5:30 to 7:00 in Sturgis and
6:00 to 7:30 in Piedmont. The first practice will be held on December 15th at
Sturgis Brown High School Wrestling Room. (please enter the doors on
the west side of the gym).
Piedmont Elementary Gym
Please supervise your children during practice and tournaments. Also encourage
respect of our facilities as well as other tournament locations. Behavior problems
could result in not being able to attend practices. Siblings need to remain to
the sides of the mats during practice.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE ALLOWED AT PRACTICES!
TOURNAMENTS:
You will be expected to help at our tournament. Sign up sheets will be at
registration. If everyone would step up and take on one job it makes it easier to
have a successful tournament. Please do your part.
EVERYONE INVOLVED IN OUR CLUB IS A VOLUNTEER!!
